Yoga That's Right for You!
At i.d. gym we offer 13 yoga classes, providing a wide range of styles so that you can find the option that's perfect for you and for your body.
Yoga Basics: This is an introductory class that illustrates basic movements and breathing, enabling you to energize your body and relax your inner soul. Perfect for beginners or as a refresher for all. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 pm.
Power Yoga: This sweaty class helps you energize your body, focus your mind and relax your soul by blending together strength and flexibility training with athletic yoga movements and breathing. Fridays at 6 pm and Sundays at 9:30 am.
Sunrise Yoga: In this class, you'll perform a challenging series of poses designed to realign the body and lengthen muscles. You'll build strength and flexibility in this athletic-style yoga practice. Thursdays at 6 am.
Buff Yoga: This class is one part yoga, one part body sculpt and all fabulous! When you combine yoga poses with hand weights, you get a workout that leaves you toned and firm and blissed out! Thursdays at 9 am.
Express Yoga: As one of the newest additions to i.d.'s group-fitness schedule, this class is the perfect solution when your schedule is as tight as your muscles. 30 minutes of lengthening, opening and decompressing suited to all experience levels. Thursdays at 7 pm.
Fly Yoga®: When you're ready to take your yoga practice to the next level, Fly Yoga is for you! Using a hammock to assist with yoga poses, you can go deeper in poses, release compression in your spine and practice inversions without fear. Bring fun back into your workout in this class that combines traditional yoga, acrobatics, dance and strength training. Mondays at 5:45 pm, Wednesdays at 9 am and 6 pm, and Saturdays at 11 am and 12:30 pm.
