Class Profile: Yoga Basics, Power Yoga and Express Yoga

Looking for a great yoga class? We got it right here!

Yoga Basics sets the foundation for all of the yoga classes on i.d.'s group-fitness schedule. This class illustrates basic yoga movements and breathing techniques that you can use to incorporate yoga into your weekly workout schedule.

With Yoga Basics, you'll energize your body and relax your inner soul. But we give you the option to turn it into a great workout.

This 45-minute class typically moves at a slightly slower pace than some of i.d.'s other yoga classes -- this helps those who are new to yoga get familiar with core poses. But instructors typically incorporate a progression to these poses for those who want to take their yoga practice to a higher level.

About Power Yoga

Once you've covered the basics with Yoga Basics, you're probably ready to move on to Power Yoga. This extended, 75-minute class blends together strength and flexibility training with athletic yoga movements.

As in Yoga Basics, our Power Yoga instructors typically suggest progressions to many poses so that you can personalize your working by making the class as challenging as you wish.

Just as great as Yoga Basics and Power Yoga, but in just 30 minutes.
