Class Profile: Treadmill Bootcamp
Treadmill Bootcamp may very well be the hardest workout in Chicago!
In this group-fitness class, you'll start by running on a treadmill so that you can build up your speed and endurance. Then just when you think you can't possibly take any more, we add in military-style bootcamp drills to help you build strength.
Led by Carla Coehlo -- one of the top group-fitness instructors in Chicagoland -- Treadmill Bootcamp will take you to your limit. And then we'll push you a little further!
