Class Profile: Spin and Sculpt
If you're like most of us, you're often short on time so you typically have to cut back on your workouts. While this may help your time management issues, you're probably bot fitting in enough quality exercise into your hectic schedules. That's why we have group-fitness classes like "Spin and Sculpt."
Spin and Sculpt classes typically start with 35 minutes of heart-pumping cardio action on our Spinning bikes. That's followed by 10 minutes of resistance training, focusing on a different body part in each class.
And since Spin and Sculpt is on Fridays at 6:15 a.m., you'll have the entire day to take care of everything else on your schedule because you've gotten your workout for the day!
