Class Profile: Dancers Body

Dancer's Body is one of i.d.'s most popular signature group-fitness classes. For those of you haven't yet tried Dancer's Body, this is what you're missing. 

In Dancer's Body, you'll use our ballet bars, exercise balls and light hand weights in a series of isometric drills, interval training and dance conditioning that help you reshape your body, elongate muscles, as well as burn fat and calories.

This class works your body differently than a traditional weight training class. We concentrate on working the accessory muscles to firm and define your "problem areas" and give everything a lift.  And, some exercises will even help you improve your balance.

When to find the Dancer's Body:

  • Tuesdays, 6:30 am
  • Thursdays, 6:15 pm
  • Fridays, 9 am
  • Saturdays, 10 am
