Class Profile: KETTLEconditioning
KETTLEconditioning is one of the hottest group-fitness classes at i.d. gym. Don't you think it's time for you to discover what the buzz is all about?
In this class, you'll perform short periods of all-out effort followed by periods of rest to reach "afterburn." This afterburn effect is the reason why intense exercise helps burn more fat and calories that steady-state workouts and produces a metabolism boost for up to 48 hours after you're done training.
Led by group-fitness instructor and personal trainer Kyle Boerema, KETTLEconditioning is designed to challenge your fitness levels, along with giving you an understanding of kettlebell movements.
