Class Profile: Cardio Sculpt
Cardio Sculpt is a high-intensity fusion of cardio drills and resistance training -- a perfect mix that will help you get lean and strong.
This group-fitness class starts with the fundamentals of a Body Sculpt class: We use a variety of equipment like hand weights, resistance tubing and BOSU trainers to target every inch of your body, taking you through a workout that challenges every major muscle group.
And then, just to make it interesting, we dial up the intensity with cardio training that's designed to help you sculpt a beautiful body.
