We know some of you just need a good old-fashioned butt-kicking! (You know who you are.)
That's why we have group-fitness instructors Bill Pendleton and Tim Iberle bringing what they do best every Saturday and Sunday... KICK ASS!
Whether you're getting in shape or just need to kick your workouts up a notch, this blend of strength training and cardio drills is the fast way to do it.
We can't think of a better way to shake off those unwanted pounds!
When to find Bootcamp:
- Sundays, 12:30 pm, with Tim Iberle
- Saturdays, 11 am, with Bill Pendleton
