Personal Training

At i.d. gym, we're always looking for new ways for you to personalize your fitness regimen. There's no better way for you to get the most out of your workout than with personal training. The personal training team at i.d. is ready to help you reach your fitness goals. If you think you need an extra push, or if you just want to try something new, we will work with you to identify the workout that's exactly right for you.



Since we really believe in personalizing your workout, we've got several approaches to training sessions. You tell us exactly how personal your training should be. 

The following options are available:

  • personal training - standard packages of 60 or 30 minutes
  • PT/PT - part-time personal training
  • small-group personal training



personal training - standard packages

By working with our knowledgeable personal trainers, you will be able to customize your workout so that we can help you meet your own individual fitness goals. Rates vary with the number of sessions you purchase.

The following packages are available:




    1 session/$90 ea./hr            

    8 sessions/$80 ea./hr            

   16 sessions/$72 ea./hr            

   32 sessions/$65 ea./hr

PT/PT: part-time personal training

At i.d. gym, we're always looking for new ways for you to personalize your fitness regimen. But with today's hectic lifestyles, many people don't have the time to invest in hour-long training sessions, so i.d. gym is introducing PT/PT (part-time personal training). PT/PT enables you to share your session with a friend or split your personal-training sessions in half -- at almost half the price.


1  session/$50 ea.             

8 sessions/$45 ea.             

16 sessions/$40 ea.                

32 sessions/$35 ea.              

 * Rates are on a per-session per-person basis.


small-group personal training

Is personal training just a little to personal for you? Bring some friends to make your personal training the social event of the day with i.d. gym's new small-group training program.

With the small-group training program, you and one friend can split an hour-long training session -- at half the price for each of you. Or, if you want to bring a few friends, our i.d. gym personal trainers will take your group through a workout that shows results -- while having a great time.

Rates for small-group training vary, depending on the size of the group and the number of sessions. For details, stop by i.d. gym's front desk.
