Workout Matchmaker: I Want a Six Pack!
"Workout Matchmaker" is designed to help you get the most out of our group-fitness program: in each column, we'll take a specific wellness goal and outline a few classes that you can take to meet this goal.
Here, we take a fitness goal that all of us at least secretly want to achieve: developing a six pack of ab muscles. Like many of us, you probably perform hundreds of abdominal exercises throughout any given week, and yet you're not getting the results you want.
One of the greatest things about fitness is that there's usually a direct correlation between time, effort and results. It's a simple equation: You work hard, you get results. But ab development tends to be much more challenging -- it requires smart training, a lean and clean diet, minimal equipment and right blend of group-fitness classes.
Start with Body Sculpt
In some respects, Body Sculpt is the ultimate group-fitness class. It's designed to strengthen and tone every muscle, from head to toe, including your abs.
In Body Sculpt, we use a variety of equipment like hand weights, resistance tubing and BOSU trainers to target every inch of your body. Our instructors will take you through a workout that will challenge every major muscle group. This class isn't just effective, it's also fun!
And there's a bonus
On Saturdays, we pair our popular Body Sculpt class with a bonus Ab Blast edition. After taking through the paces in Body Sculpt, we follow that up with a 30-minute routine of core exercises that can help you archieve that elusive six pack!
When to find Body Sculpt

- Saturdays at 9 am with Lillian Vasquez, followed by Ab Blast
If the Body Sculpt isn't you're type

Try Dancer's Body, a group-fitness class available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In Dancer's Body, you'll develop a lean and strong body with this fusion of Pilates and Barre exercises. Target the hips, butt, thighs and abs for a killer workout that will leave you sore tomorrow!
