A "MASHUP" IS A TERM TYPICALLY USED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY TO DESCRIBE THE BLENDING OF TWO SONGS THAT YOU WOULDN'T IMAGINE GOING TOGETHER BUT END UP SOUNDING TERRIFIC ONCE THEY'RE MIXED INTO ONE. WE CONTINUE OUR MASHUP SERIES BY PROVIDING YOU WITH TIPS ON SOME WINNING COMBINATIONS TO INTENSIFY YOUR WORKOUT.
We often see i.d. members split the gym after one of these 45-minute high-intensity classes, so for this month's "workout mashup" we've picked complementary classes that appear on our group-fitness schedule right before or immediately after Spinning.

Mashup #3 - Spinning and tabata circuit:
Start your Mondays with Spinning at 9 am, and follow it up with Tabata Circuit at 10 am, a group-fitness class structured around super intense interval training that emphasize short, efficient bursts of energy. Talk about a cardio explosion!
