Workout Mashup: Pace and

A "MASHUP" IS A TERM TYPICALLY USED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY TO DESCRIBE THE BLENDING OF TWO SONGS THAT YOU WOULDN'T IMAGINE GOING TOGETHER BUT END UP SOUNDING TERRIFIC ONCE THEY'RE MIXED INTO ONE. WE CONTINUE OUR MASHUP SERIES BY PROVIDING YOU WITH TIPS ON SOME WINNING COMBINATIONS TO INTENSIFY YOUR WORKOUT.

Mashup #1 - Pace and Fly Yoga:

Once we've run you through the, er, paces with our Pace class, take it down a few notches with Fly Yoga. In this class, a unique hammock allows you to go deeper in poses, release compression in your spine and practice inversions without fear -- a perfect way to stretch out the muscles you just worked out in Pace. 

Mashup #2 - Pace and Treadmill Bootcamp: 

It may seem odd to you to mashup a Pace class with another running-based class like Treadmill Bootcamp. As in Pace, Treadmill Bootcamp is a class that will help you build speed and endurance. But then we throw in military-style bootcamp drills to get stronger, toned muscles. 

Mashup #3 - Pace and Kettlebell Challenge:

While Pace is about building cardio strength and endurance, Kettlebell Challenge is a strength training class that maximizes results in one efficient workout. In Kettlebell Challenge, we emphasize proper form and movements. And once you master the basics, you'll be on your way toward reaping all of the benefits of kettlebell training. By pairing this class with Pace, you'll find even more ways to develop strength and get leaner.
