Workout Mashup: KETTLEburn and...
A "MASHUP" IS A TERM TYPICALLY USED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY TO DESCRIBE THE BLENDING OF TWO SONGS THAT YOU WOULDN'T IMAGINE GOING TOGETHER BUT END UP SOUNDING TERRIFIC ONCE THEY'RE MIXED INTO ONE. WE CONTINUE OUR MASHUP SERIES BY PROVIDING YOU WITH TIPS ON SOME WINNING COMBINATIONS TO INTENSIFY YOUR WORKOUT.
Mashup #1 - KettleBURN and Caveman Workout:
After you've blasted your way through KETTLEburn, stick around i.d. gym for the Caveman Workout. Named one of the 33 hottest workouts in the U.S. by SELF magazine, you'll never look at a tractor tire, a sledgehammer or a beer keg the same way after taking this high-intensity strength-building class.
Mashup #2 - KETTLEBURN AND KettleSTRONG:
Once you've mastered KETTLEburn on Sundays, try KETTLEstrong on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. Mashup #3 - KettleBURN and Spinning:
KETTLEburn will help you get lean, tone and strong. While there's certainly a cardio component to this class, you'll experience a cardio explosion by combining KETTLEburn with Spinning. where you will jump, jog, sprint and climb on a stationary bike while jamming to some heart-pumping tunes. Feel the burn, indeed!
KETTLEburn is an all-level skills class that combines conditioning and calisthenics. Brought to you by group-fitness instructor Jennifer McGowan every Sunday morning, the rhythm of a KETTLEburn class is non-stop as you move through circuits that keep your body moving and your heart rate up to rev your metabolism. Although beginners are welcome, it will help to have mastered the basics of our kettlebell program to take this class.
