By now, most of know the advantages of the classes offered by Lincoln Park CrossFit. These CrossFit classes take you through a variety of drills that incorporate endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy.

Try this: Dancer's Body
Bootcamp -- available on Saturdays, Sundays and now Tuesdays and Thursdays -- interlaces strength training with plyometric drills for the most intense workout you've ever had. It's good enough for the armed forces, after all. Find out just how hard you can push yourself using just body weight drills. All fitness levels can get what they need from this hard-hitting workout.

The i.d. team loves the fact that our members have their favorite group-fitness classes and exercise equipment.
