As one of our most popular signature group-fitness classes, Dancer's Body swaps out kettlebells wit hballet bars, exercise balls and light hand weights. Deceptively one of the toughest classes on i.d.'s schedule, you'll perform a series of isometric drills, interval training and dance conditioning that help you reshape your body, elongate muscles, as well as burn fat and calories . And you'll never look at a two-pound dumbbell in the same way!
