Watch Your Back: When in Doubt, Rest
Even when we do everything right, we may strain our backs and experience pain. When this happens, it's important that we don't ignore the pain, pushing ourselves even further and making the situation even worse.
When we experience any kind of pain in any part of our bodies, it's important to take the time to rest and recover. Too often we jump back into exercise and re-injure ourselves.
And it's important to realize when it's time to see a doctor if pain doesn't go away.
