Led by Kris Michel -- one of the top fitness instructors in Chicago -- this one-hour class is divided into two parts -- high-intensity interval training and restorative stretching -- so you can tailor it to meet your needs that day.

When to find high (intensity) noon:
- Tuesdays, 12 noon
- Thursdays, 12 noon
"The first half hour consists of high-intensity training that allows you to maximize your workout in a short period of time," instructor Kris michel says. "Modifications are always given to make the workoutapproachable for all levels, while thesecond half of the class focuses onstretching, mobility and flexibility."
