At i.d. gym, we pride ourselves on our innovative group-fitness classes. Home of signature classes like Caveman Workout, Dancer's Body and of course Fly Yoga®, i.d. is thrilled to bring another cool workout to Chicago: Cardio Core.
Equal parts core strengthening and cardio drills, Cardio Core has it all! You'll keep your heart rate up and work your muscles -- all at once. You might even be working on that six-pack twice as hard!
Take your workout to the next level with this high-intensity cardio class mixed with exercises specifically designed to target your core.
