Class Profile: Ab Blast

Admit it, your core is a tough spot to strengthen. You've got the chest, back, arms and legs in shape, but if you're like many of us, you've been neglecting the muscles that hold it all together. This is where our Ab Blast group-fitness class can be your ticket to success.

In Ab Blast, you'll work your core muscles in a variety of ways -- you may not even realize how many abdominal muscles there are -- and how many ways you can work them out -- after one of these classes.

In Body Sculpt, we use a variety of equipment like hand weights, resistance tubing and BOSU trainers to target every inch of your body. Our instructors will take you through a workout that will challenge every major muscle group. This class isn't just effective, it's also fun!

When to find Ab blast:

  • Saturdays, 10 am with Lillian Vasquez
